SD Naked Yoga for men was created to connect men interested in naked yoga classes in the San Diego area. We hold weekly nude yoga classes. Drop in anytime.

Our classes are non-sexual and are grounded in tantric philosophy, which teaches and encourages openness and acceptance of all feelings and expressions of energy. Join us to learn and grow and connect on a deeper level. As we strip off our clothes together, we strip off a layer of protection and identity, so that we can meet each other on an even playing ground that celebrates our equality and our connection to each other.

In addition to our exploration of tantric philosophy, we use this practice to bond as men in ways that recall the Greek and Roman ways of practicing sports. We will support each other, both literally and spiritually, as we grow in our practice.

We intend to create an inclusive environment. Any bodies, ages, shapes and sizes are welcome. Please arrive clean and drug-free, and bring your own mat and props. We will not supply mats or props for hygienic reasons.

Although we don't want to, know that we will ask you politely to leave if you show disrespect for the space or for your classmates.  Although the class isn't sexual, sexual feelings may arise. You are encouraged to feel them, explore them internally, and share them verbally when appropriate. Your instructors will, with your permission, adjust you through touch and body contact, and some classes will include partner work with classmates. You are welcome to refrain from any of these exercises if you're uncomfortable. We will all do our best to communicate and respect each others' boundaries, which is part of the exploration.
