Private Yoga

Private yoga instruction is available.

If you're uncomfortable attending your first class, or if you're unsure about your level of practice and which class would be best for you, it can be helpful to take a private yoga session first. Please contact us through the contact page of the site if you're interested in a private yoga session. Prices for private instruction are $75 for one session, or $200 for 4 sessions.
