How often should I do yoga? |

In general you begin to see the true benefits of yoga with a practice of at least 2 days per week. If you're unable to attend 2 classes, get a DVD and practice at home when you can. We encourage you to find other classes around town too that fit your schedule. To see more rapid and radical change, aim towards a daily practice, with one day off per week. Michael and Tony both practice 6 days/week. It is also important to not be dogmatic with yourself and your practice. Practice as often as your body is asking for it. But take the time to get to know your body and find ways of healing, awakening, and restoring it. You will know how much yoga will be good for you, and you'll know when it is time to rest, and recover. Listen, learn, and grow.
