We have found a great and affordable space in Middletown. It fully equipped with extra mats, blocks, straps and a rope wall. This is a gay-owned space so we can feel very comfortable being naked and has a great heating system. Look for the "Yoga Workshops" signs/sandwich boards on the street side. The good news is that we have earlier times both on Tues. & Thurs. nights.

*Follow Washington street until the 5 Freeway Bridge                                                                                                                                  *Go under bridge (straight), go straight through Hancock St.    (you are still on Washington St.)                                                                  *Go    over   rail road tracks,                                                                                                                                                                *Take Immediate right onto Frontage Rd. (DO NOT take the wider right onto Pacific Coast Highway)                                                           *Take the 2nd right (Noell St.), it is 3rd bldg. on your right. It has the numbers 3485 on the white bldg (park)                                                 *Walk down driveway until you see 2 purple doors on your RIGHT, the one with the OHM symbol is the *studio

Noell Street is just north of Washington, between Pacific Coast Highway and the railroad tracks. The studio is across the street from the A1 self storage building, at the end of the short alley between the two buildings (look for the new "yoga workshop" sign!). It is the 1st burgundy door on the right. You should be able to find parking on Noell Street or on Hancock Street, near Consignment Classics.
